We know from "The Hobbit" that dwarves had beards of many colours - blue,
white, yellow, silver. Is there any clue to the colour of Gimli's beard?

To my knowledge, only one actual photograph of Gimli survived. In
this, we can clearly see that his beard is yellowish with a strong
tint of green.
